May 27, 2021 – Sheng Ye Capital Limited (“SY Capital” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, HKEx: 6069), an industry-focused supply chain fintech platform, today announced that its subsidiary, SY Factoring Limited (“SY Factoring”), entered into a strategic partnership agreement with the Fourth Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group (the “Fourth Engineering Company of CTCE” or the “Fourth Engineering Company”). The signing ceremony was held at the R&D Center of the Fourth Engineering Company, in Yaohai District of Hefei City.

Senior executives from both companies attended the event. Representatives from the Fourth Engineering Company included: Peng Yong, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Executive Director; Tian Xiaodong, Chief Accountant; Zheng Rong, Director of Cost Management Department; Wang Bing, Director of Supplies and Equipment Department; Qian Yesheng, Director of Development and Compliance Department; Huang Weinong, Director of Finance Department, Yu Zhigang, Vice Director of Finance Department and Wang Xiaochu, Vice Director of Finance Department.
